Post - Drizzle

It stormed Sunday morning extremely so . I could not conceive that it could fine up at 7am but I faithfully believed the forecast and as quick as it came... it left. At home it had hailed, flooded several doors and left a marred porch, debris scattered everywhere.
I felt like this too come Monday evening . What had been a splendid day turned fast south after a glass of wine , bad interaction and a welling-up of undealt emotion . I hated it and it turned to such negative thinking the aftermath left me and others somewhat shattered . I was unsure where to start the clean up . I'd like to think it's simply a matter of not drinking etc  BUT really it's an accumulation …I can even blame COVID situation.  Pushing on and getting work done , attempting to be kind and walking in nature helped me turn the corner.
Mundy Regional park stretches from the coastal plain to the top of the Darling Scarp to Lesmurdie Falls. Sections of the park provide a virtually unbroken belt of scarp woodland to explore
